Translation Service - Merchant Policies

Pricing and Payment

Payment Terms:

  • Projects under $200: Full payment upfront
  • Projects over $200: 50% deposit, balance due upon delivery
  • Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards
  • Rush fees: 24-hour (50% surcharge), 48-hour (25% surcharge)

Turnaround:

  • Standard: 1,000 words per day
  • Exact timeline provided in quote
  • Rush services available with surcharges

Revisions and Quality

  • One round of minor revisions included within 7 days of delivery
  • Revisions must address translation accuracy or adherence to brief
  • Changes to source content after completion quoted as new work
  • All work reviewed by qualified native speakers

Cancellation and Refunds

Client Cancellations:

  • Before work begins: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • After work begins: Refund of unused portion based on work completed
  • After delivery: No refunds

Quality Issues:

  • Errors corrected at no charge
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days with specific examples

Confidentiality

  • All materials treated as confidential
  • Secure file transfer and storage
  • Files deleted upon request after project completion
  • Translators sign NDAs

Liability

  • Our liability limited to amount paid for the project
  • Client responsible for final approval before use
  • Not liable for legal, financial, or medical consequences of translation use
  • Translations provided for informational purposes

Important Notes

  • Minimum order: $50 per project
  • Quotes valid for 7 days
  • Client owns translated content upon full payment
  • Client must have rights to translate source materials
